A beautiful full flavoured Heather Honey from Abney Moor, Hope Valley, Peak District.
 
We put our hives on the beautiful Abney Moor near Hathersage to create this wonderful full flavoured Heather Honey. The honey has a lot thicker texture than our regular honey, more similar to a soft set honey with texture from the Heather.
 
A real special honey which is limited edition.
